This is not officially an episode of this podcast. Instead I needed to send you this quick announcement.

Since I wrote Wednesday’s blog post on Sunday, I have come down with the flu. Yuck! That being said, I simply don’t have the energy to record a full episode of The J. B. Sisam Show. I deeply apologize.

So I decided to record a simply announcement episode.
