It’s no secret that 2020 was a year filled with trials and struggles for a lot of people. For me, it was a year of massive shifting. This is episode 1 of my brand new audio Journal. These episodes I will open up the microphone and talk about what God has put on my heart.
In this episode, I talk a little about what has been going on in my life past year, as well as talking about what we as leaders are supposed to do with the people under our charge.
We are called to be leaders who are authentic, vulnerable, raw, and real. We want to take time and invest in each individual around us. Not live a life of elitism, but live the life of Jesus by serving those around us. It’s all about people and it’s all about serving. How you do that is by finding your voice and telling your story. What that story is, is different for each individual.
I pray this brand new podcast will encourage you in your leadership journey as I share things I’m learning on my own personal leadership and writing journey.
