Listened to Chuck Swindoll this morning on KTIS AM 900. HIs message was on the Sovereignty of God, and how we take it for granted. In everything that happens in life, whether or not is in God’s will, always works according to His will. And, nothing happens without God fist knowing about it.
He asked a question, “If I preach the gospel to one individual and God has predestined them to get saved, they will–but if I preach the gospel to an individual and they are not predestined to be saved, no matter how much preaching I do, they will never be saved. What’s wrong with this picture?”
I found this on a blog as I was surfing the web and I think you’ll enjoy. Take a look at this picture.
Which way is she spinning? If she’s spinning clockwise you are more right brained.
If she’s spinning counter-clockwise, you are more left brained.
I have found that I only see her moving clockwise and my dad and my wife see her spinning counter-clockwise, but then she changes to clockwise then back again. What do you think that means, and do you have the same perspective?
I found this list on the blog I visited:
Every second Monday of the month the Minnesota Christian Writers Guild meets. We had a panel of guests; Michelle Griep, Jill Elizabeth Nelson and Erica Vetsch. Each had great ideas on being either a pantser or plotter, or somewhere inbetween. Erica shared what she does in utilizing Plot Boards and I love the idea. So, take a read, tell me what you think, and I think I’m going to give this a try!

On today’s SHARE-A-BLOG I’m sharing Seth Adam Smith’s blog post about the new X-Men movie. Now, for those of you know me I love movies. In-fact I’d rather watch movies than TV. The movies I like the most are… superhero movies. Mainly for the action, but they also inspire us to be better than ourselves.
Seth brings a great revelation about the new X-Men: DOFP Like I’ve never seen before. It’s right in-line with what I would see. As a pastor I look for messages of hope in movies, even if most people glaze over it.
Thursday’s will become my “share-a-blog” day. I came a cross my friend J. Lee Grady you can follow him here @leegrady. He was the editor for Charisma Magzine. In his latest article/blog on their website, Lee shares some powerful insights to help couples maintain a healthy marriage. I highly recommend this post. Give it a read, come back here and sound off in the comments on your thoughts.
